Telephone & Fax line

A direct, dedicated telephone line along with a fax line for all Executive Suite members; Virtual Office members are provided with a personalised, dedicated telephone and fax number in Delhi(Any additional telephone or fax lines would entail extra charges). The system is designed to ensure complete confidentiality for Virtual Office members all aound, even though it is based in Delhi, India.

Voice Mail & Fax Mail Box

A voice mail box and a fax mail box is allotted to each Executive Suite / Virtual Office member for storage of incoming telephone / fax messages (Additional mail boxes would entail extra charges). Messages can be accessed 24-hours a day by dialling a code, or can automatically be delivered to a specified destination number.

Answering service

1. Personalised Answering

Incoming calls are answered by the tele-secretary in the name of the member/organisation, and in a preferred style, if any indicated by the member.
Personal members (individuals) may assign a nominee only for this service, at an additional cost. It may be noted that the charges will be billed to the member's account, and that the nominee is not entitled to any of the other facilities meant for members. However, a nominee may enjoy all the facilities by enrolling as a member/add-on member.

Corporate members may notify the names of three representatives for routing of incoming calls. Any additional names would entail the Enrollment of additional members by paying the extra charges as applicable.

2. Call Forwarding

Incoming calls for a member may be routed to a forwarding number. Unanswered calls are forwarded to the member's voice mail box during office hours. For this service, a member may specify a maximum of two forwarding numbers. (Any additional numbers would entail extra charges.)

3. Call confirmation

The tele-secretary will inform the member about the details of the incoming calls, check, whether the member would like to take the call and transfer the call accordingly or revert to the caller with the message.This is on charge.

4. Voice and Fax forwarding

Outside office hours, a member's calls and faxes are automatically routed to a specified destination number, or forwarded to the member's voice / fax mail box.

5. Message notification

Messages in a executive and Virtual Office member's voice/fax mail box are notified on the destination number specified by the member who may also specify the time-slot during which he desires the notification. At an additional charge, the member also has the option of specifying an alternative time-slot along with an alternative destination number."Conditions apply."

6. Call dictation

Secretarial assistance over the telephone involving correspondence, taking messages and other instructions for executive suite and Virtual Office members in Delhi.
